MEET YOUR CAREGIVER
years of senior
care experience
“Your family, cared for like our own.”
I’m Tiffany, the person behind Seymour Care for You. With more than 20 years of senior care experience and a background as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Patient Care Technician, I understand the importance of patience, dignity, and a dependable presence.
My experience includes nursing home and hospital settings. I have completed Alzheimer’s and dementia care training and hold a training certificate, and I am CPR certified.
Seymour Care for You is my independent sitter and companion service. You work directly with me, so we can get to know your loved one’s preferences and discuss the support that feels right for your family.
PERSONAL COMPANIONSHIP
When you invite someone to spend time with your loved one, you want to know they’ll be treated with patience and respect. I’m Tiffany Seymour, the owner of Seymour Care for You. I personally handle every visit, so your family knows who’s coming and your loved one has the chance to get comfortable with a familiar face.
Some people love to talk about their family or play a favorite card game. Others enjoy a quiet afternoon with someone nearby. I pay attention to what your loved one enjoys, how they like to spend their time, and when they need a little space. A good visit can be as simple as listening to a story they’ve told before and giving it your full attention.
You might need someone to sit with your loved one while you’re at work, running errands, or taking a few hours to rest. I offer non-medical companionship and sitter visits at home, in hospitals, and in nursing homes, subject to facility rules. I can also meet your loved one at an appointment or outing while you arrange their transportation, or handle an agreed errand on my own, like picking up groceries.
My experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Patient Care Technician taught me how much the little things matter. Giving someone time to finish a thought, asking how they like things done, or simply being present on a hard day can help them feel seen and respected.
It’s my passion to serve and be a help unto others. I believe my presence, experience, and skills are God-given gifts that I’m meant to share with my community. That’s the heart behind Seymour Care for You.
